went to indo with cik ogi's fam last week. the trip was like simply fabulous.

- went to some damn scenic indo restaurant
- went to a hot spa, then went to the more private section
- using room service. haha that was cool. whatever you need(dinner,pizza,lasagna,extra bed, pillows etc...), just give us a ring....
- slacked in hotel room with mal
- shopping.

I was done shopping after the first few hours, but spent many more waiting for kak nana and cik noreha to finish. I got myself like 3 polo shirts, a shirt, 4 shorts, which is for me, quite a lot. that was nothing compared to what they bought. the car was full with their bags, which was cool. haha.

I think I'm gona stay in track and field. i love running too much. i just dunno how to tell the rug guys.

The one month i spent training with SD was totally worth it. trainings were really so much tougher then i was used to. the people there were quite nice too. some in particular. I hope I'm allowed to remain with them, because I've really improved under coach tan. much like dunman high.ehem. If I do get to stay with them, I'l still be training with jurong. they'r my teamates. always will be.

SO, SO FAR 3 sprint dynamic trainings.
wow, 3 trainings Ive been to and theyr really tough, especially today. I was tired just after warmup, which consisted of:

2 rounds,
3 sets of 20 pushups
3 sets of calf pull
3 sets of 10 burpies
3 sets of lunges
3 sets of 20 dips
3 sets of high knees

I couldnt raise my hands properly. and that was just warmup.
heres what I did for training

5 sets of 4 30 meter sprints
2 sets of 3 300 meters

I dont know about most runners, but that was tough for me. but fun. theres something about getting beaten again, again and again that makes me want to run more.

I then went to talk to some random guy at the stadium about another random guy. leme quote a little.

I am really fed up with that old man. Id really like to piss him off more, like to just go to rugby or train under another coach. haha. he was talking for like two hours sia. if i knew it was gona be that way I wouldnt have worn my jersey. I woulda brought a pillow.

the problem is me, according to him. blah blah blah im not dedicated, I go home late, i never study. i never go for training and such. then he kept pushing me to give in. I wasnt gona make too big a scene in front of the track team so i just shut up.

the thing is I did go for trainings. I did, and I know enough to know that there wasnt track training to begin with. 3 weeks wont do much to help runners.

every year they say more time will be given for track and field. Id like to see what happens this time. and this time I wont be around to be part of it.

Once, very soon after she released right here and sung it, she had some problem with the earphones that were meant to drown out audiences's noise, and didnt perform well. She apologised. You dont see many artists do that. espeacially kate perry, her live performances hurt my ears. she is so overrated, and you do not see perry apologising for a bad performance. she should just lip-synch like britney. besides, shes so much prettier then kate perry.

Oh by the way on song 9, james fauntelroy sings to a "he". thats coz he's a demo artist, producer, whatever. It's obviously meant for a female singer to use. Also, song number 5 was written and produced by fauntelroy, but I prefer EMD's version.
