I went to send my bro for track training today. and guess what, Mr Nantha asked me to help out! its like a I'm a coach. cool huh.

I went around giving pointers on how to improve running technique, style and all, and it felt so wierd. and cool. once, when Ms lim said she wanted me to talk to the young athletes, like to give pointers, a few clapped. I felt so honoured. and when one cute boy interrupted me halfway,another small girl said to him, shut up! haha that was so cool.

I hope I can get into Sprint dynamic. Mr nantha said they were a superb team and that I can improve a lot under them, but the fees are like so steep. I had my email replied and it was like $80 dollars a month! i can buy a lot of stuff with that amount of money. besides, I'l have KhairulShah with me and another friend. well get owned by SD but at least wel improve. I still dunno, rugby sounds fun too.
