went to indo with cik ogi's fam last week. the trip was like simply fabulous.

- went to some damn scenic indo restaurant
- went to a hot spa, then went to the more private section
- using room service. haha that was cool. whatever you need(dinner,pizza,lasagna,extra bed, pillows etc...), just give us a ring....
- slacked in hotel room with mal
- shopping.

I was done shopping after the first few hours, but spent many more waiting for kak nana and cik noreha to finish. I got myself like 3 polo shirts, a shirt, 4 shorts, which is for me, quite a lot. that was nothing compared to what they bought. the car was full with their bags, which was cool. haha.

I think I'm gona stay in track and field. i love running too much. i just dunno how to tell the rug guys.

The one month i spent training with SD was totally worth it. trainings were really so much tougher then i was used to. the people there were quite nice too. some in particular. I hope I'm allowed to remain with them, because I've really improved under coach tan. much like dunman high.ehem. If I do get to stay with them, I'l still be training with jurong. they'r my teamates. always will be.
