SO, SO FAR 3 sprint dynamic trainings.
wow, 3 trainings Ive been to and theyr really tough, especially today. I was tired just after warmup, which consisted of:
-
2 rounds,
3 sets of 20 pushups
3 sets of calf pull
3 sets of 10 burpies
3 sets of lunges
3 sets of 20 dips
3 sets of high knees
-
I couldnt raise my hands properly. and that was just warmup.
heres what I did for training
-
5 sets of 4 30 meter sprints
2 sets of 3 300 meters
-
I dont know about most runners, but that was tough for me. but fun. theres something about getting beaten again, again and again that makes me want to run more.

I then went to talk to some random guy at the stadium about another random guy. leme quote a little.
-
"did you know he doesnt like me?"
"he likes to bitch about people"
"my view is that he likes to add sugar and spice to the story"
"he used to produce results, but not anymore"

I SINCERELY AGREE
those who know me know who I'm talking about.
